What happened

Blujay can’t safely send this message again. It may already have reached the recipient, or it is a kind of message that can’t be retried, such as a group message.

How to fix it

Don’t automatically send a replacement. Check the message with GET /v1/messages/{message_id} and the conversation, for example for a reply. Send a new message only when you’re sure the first one didn’t arrive, or when a possible duplicate is acceptable.
