What happened

Your workspace has sent the contact 6 texts in a row, across all your phone numbers, without a response from them (a text or tapback, or a message from them in a group; calls don’t count). This applies before and after their first reply. The details say how many texts are unanswered.

How to fix it

Wait for the contact to respond, or reach them another way. With an API key, pre_reply_override: true sends a 7th text once. Nothing more is sent until the contact responds, and then the count starts again. Zapier and other connected apps can’t use the override.
