What happened

The file is over a size limit. Uploads can be up to 100 MiB, media URLs up to 10 MiB, and SMS/MMS messages up to 5 MiB of media in total.

How to fix it

Send a smaller file, or upload it with POST /v1/attachments if you used a URL.
