What happened

The subscription is pinned to a webhook_version Blujay no longer supports, so it can’t be read or delivered to. A version you send in a request that isn’t valid returns VALIDATION_ERROR instead.

How to fix it

Update the subscription to a supported version with PATCH /v1/webhook-subscriptions/{subscription_id}.
