In direct iMessage and RCS chats, Blujay also sends a read receipt when it can. SMS and group chats are only marked read in Blujay. Get member IDs from `GET /v1/team-members/assignable`. `assignment_changed` tells you whether the assignee changed.

- [Get an attachment](https://docs.blujay.io/api-reference/attachments/get-an-attachment.md): Returns an attachment's details. The first read after an upload checks the uploaded bytes. Until the upload finishes you get `409 ATTACHMENT_NOT_READY`; if the bytes don't match what you declared you get `422 ATTACHMENT_UPLOAD_INVALID`.
