What happened
An earlier request with the same Idempotency-Key is still being processed.
How to fix it
Wait a moment and retry with the same key and the same request. You will get the original result once it finishes.
This error is safe to retry. Wait for the Retry-After header when it is present. If the endpoint takes an Idempotency-Key, reuse the same key so a retry never creates a duplicate.
