What happened

You left out from when starting a direct chat. The person hasn’t texted any of your numbers, you have several, and the contact isn’t assigned to a teammate with an active default line. Blujay never guesses a number.

How to fix it

Send from, or assign the contact to a teammate and set that teammate’s default line in Team Members. The error message names the teammate when one is assigned.
