Most questions are answered in Debugging, which walks through finding a failed request or message, and the FAQ. Try those first.

Contact support

Email support@blujay.io. To help support find the problem quickly, include:
  • the trace_id from the response (also in the X-Trace-ID header);
  • your X-Request-ID, if you send one;
  • the endpoint, the time of the request, and the error code;
  • for webhooks, the subscription_id and event_id.
Never send your API key or webhook signing secret. Blujay support never asks for them.

Request a feature

Want something the API doesn’t do yet? Email support@blujay.io with what you’re building and what you need. Requests from developers shape what Blujay adds next.

Security

To report a security issue, email security@blujay.io.
