# Support

> How to get help with the Blujay API.

Most questions are answered in [Debugging](/debugging.md), which walks through finding a failed request or message, and the [FAQ](/faq.md). Try those first.

## Contact support

Email [support@blujay.io](mailto:support@blujay.io). To help support find the problem quickly, include:

* the `trace_id` from the response (also in the `X-Trace-ID` header);
* your `X-Request-ID`, if you send one;
* the endpoint, the time of the request, and the error `code`;
* for webhooks, the `subscription_id` and `event_id`.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Never send your API key or webhook signing secret. Blujay support never asks for them.

## Request a feature

Want something the API doesn't do yet? Email [support@blujay.io](mailto:support@blujay.io) with what you're building and what you need. Requests from developers shape what Blujay adds next.

## Security

To report a security issue, email [security@blujay.io](mailto:security@blujay.io).

## Using Blujay

For help with the Blujay apps, such as setting up your team or phone numbers, see the [Blujay Help Center](https://support.blujay.io).
