# WORKFLOW_LIFECYCLE_ERROR

> Workflow not accepting enrollments

## What happened

The workflow is not active, or it does not start manually, so it cannot accept enrollments.

## How to fix it

Activate the workflow in Blujay, or enroll the contact in a manual workflow from `GET /v1/workflows`.
