# RECIPIENT_SUPPRESSED

## What happened

The recipient opted out or was suppressed in your workspace, so Blujay will not message them.

## How to fix it

Do not retry. If the recipient opts back in, remove the suppression with `POST /v1/contacts/{contact_id}/unsuppress`.
