# PRE_REPLY_LENGTH_EXCEEDED

> Text too long before a reply

## What happened

The contact hasn't replied to this phone number yet, and the message's text is longer than 300 characters. Long first texts read like marketing and hurt your number's reputation.

## How to fix it

Shorten the message to 300 characters or less. After the contact replies to this number, longer messages are fine.
